Gail Wamba (Director) and Stacey Morigeau (Producer) put together a new 'Fall Classic' after a 10 year hiatus. They chose Shakespeare's Twelth Night... Or What You Will. As Gail said in her director's notes:
"Twelfth Night is a farce without any slamming doors, but with all the breakneck pace that will spin the audience around and around."
The play was 'modernized' by late 19th century constuming (by Petra) and placed in a Pacific Northwest setting.
Viola was played by Janet Lynn Cole while her twin brother, Sebastian, was played by John Marx (who also played the Sea Captain). While Ashley Harron played the Duke Orsino, Meredith Armstrong played what the Duke thought was the objec to of his dreams, Olivia. Raymond Jones was the puritanical Malvolio.
