Theater Camp at Kitsap Forest Theater offers a unique, outdoor experience where creativity comes to life in the heart of the forest. Each day, campers in grades 5-8 will engage in theater games, develop music, dance, and acting skills, and work together to create original pieces of musical theater. By the end of the week, campers will showcase their work in a fun, variety-show style performance.

Led by experienced theater artist and educator, Rebecca Rainboldt Cook—who has worked in Los Angeles, NYC, and now Brevard, NC—this camp allows students to grow as performers while building confidence and collaboration skills. With Rebecca’s extensive background and passion for theater, she creates an environment where campers can develop not only as dancers, singers, and actors, but also as creators of meaningful moments in the world of musical theater.

Theater camp is not just a place to improve performance skills; it's a chance to form lasting memories while connecting with peers and experiencing the joy of artistic creation in a supportive, nature-filled setting.

The camp ends Friday with a performance for family and friends, followed by an optional family dinner, as well as a complimentary ticket to see Kitsap Forest Theater’s production of Big Fish on Saturday or any of the remaining performances.
